    Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am.
  • Is Day Use possible?
    We are sorry that we only offer overnight stays.
  • Is it possible to change the number of people or the plan?
    Yes, you can change your plan until the day before.
  • Do you accept credit cards for payment?
    Yes, we accept all types of credit cards.
  • Do you have a pick-up service?
    We do not currently offer a pick-up service.
    It is a 7-minute walk from the Awaji IC, the nearest highway bus stop.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Only dogs are allowed to bring only in the dog-friendly rooms.
    Please show your dog's rabies vaccination certificate upon check-in.
    We do not accept other animals than dogs. Please check the rooms page for details.
  • Can I stay alone?
    We are sorry that we require a minimum of two adults.
  • Do we need a cancellation fee?
    We charge 50% from 30 days prior and 100% from 7 days prior.
    2 weeks prior to the date of your stay, you may change your reservation once free of charge.
  • Can I have as many dogs as I want?
    Only in rooms that allow pets,
    No more than 2 pets under 5 kg per adult.
    Pets weighing 5 kg or more are limited to 1 pet per adult.
  • Can I bring my cat with me?
    We are sorry that we accept dogs only.
  • What equipment do you have for dogs?
    We provide pet sheets for dogs.
    Please bring any other supplies you may need.
  • Are there any precautions regarding sleeping arrangements for dogs?
    We ask that all dogs wear a manner belt when sleeping.
  • We are planning to use a dome tent with a Jacuzzi. Do we need to wear a swimsuit for the Jacuzzi?
    We ask that you wear a swimsuit when using the Jacuzzi.
  • Can we rent a swimsuit?
    We are sorry that we do not provide swimsuit rental service.
  • Is the heart-shaped pool available year-round?
    It is not a heated pool, so we assume it is only available during the summer period (July ~ September).
  • What are the hours of operation for the heart-shaped pool?
    From 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm after check-in.
    The next day, you can also use from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
  • Can I use the heart-shaped pool before or after check-in?
    No. The pool is not available for use after check-in hours due to cleaning and other reasons.
  • Are float rings available for use of the pool?
    We are sorry that we do not provide them.
    If you need floats, please bring your own.
    Please do not use floats larger than 1.5m in length as they may disturb other guests.
  • How deep is the heart-shaped pool?
    The deepest point is 1.1 meters. There is also a shallower section for children.

  • What amenities are available?
    We have shampoo, conditioner, body soap, pajamas, hand soap, toothpaste, bath towels, face towels, and a hair dryer.

  • What amenities are available for children?
    We have toothbrushes for children under elementary school age.
    We do not provide pajamas or any other amenities for children, please bring your own if you need.
  • What cooking utensils are there?
    We provide kitchen knives, cutting boards, scissors, tongs, and fireproof gloves.
  • What is included in the BBQ gas stove set (rental : 3,850 yen/tax included)?
    BBQ gas stove set includs tongs, and fireproof gloves. Please use this set when you enjoy your original BBQ without ordering meals.
    Please note that any firearms are not allowed to bring in.
    *The guests of the meal plan can use them for free.
  • Are there tableware?
    We have enough tableware for the number of guests.
  • Is it possible to BBQ and eat even if it rains?
    Yes, The dedicated BBQ space makes it possible in all weather conditions.
  • Is there wifi available?
    Yes, it is available in each tent.
  • Is there air conditioning?
    Yes, each tent is air conditioned. We are planning to install a wood stove in the winter.
  • Are there bathrooms and toilets?
    Each tent has its own shower booth, toilet, and washroom.

    No. Please enjoy the location surrounded by the sky and sea of Awaji Island.

    Yes, there are power outlets in the dome tents.
  • Are microwaves available?
    Yes, they are available in each dome tent.
  • Can we store frozen food and ice in the refrigerators in each dome tent?
    We have 2-door refrigerators in each dome tent.
    Thay have a freezer, so you can bring in frozen items.
  • How much seasoning are there available?
    We have all the condiments needed for our courses and optional menus.
    We do not provide them for the guests who stay without meals, so please bring your own.

  • Is it possible to purchase food and beverages at the administration building?
    We will be selling drinks only.
  • Can I bring my own food and beverages?
    Yes. Refrigerators are available in each tent.
  • Can we bring our own fire table and stove?
    No, you are not allowed to bring any your own firearms.
  • Is it possible to order breakfast only?
    Yes, we serve Western breakfast.

    We are sorry that we are unable to accommodate such requests.

    There is a 7-Eleven Awaji Intermae store and a supermarket, Mymart Iwaya, a 5-minute drive away.

    Hand-held type fireworks are allowed in the designated area.
